beautiful grounds friendly staff clean room small room tiny bathroom weak shower
the grounds of the building are beautiful. the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean. i had a good stay overall.
the room was small. i had little space to open my suitcase. the bathroom was tiny. the shower was weak.

helpful staff excellent luggage care seamless experience warm room blocked thermostat annoying noise
The staff were really nice. Peter and his coworker were especially helpful. peter took excellent care of our luggage. he went out of his way to be helpful. mike was also awesome and helped us with coffee.
I stayed on the 6th floor and the room was warm and stuffy in the middle of the night. the ac was already set to 18, but the temperature read 19.5, so it would not turn on. there was no way to turn on "fan only" for circulation. this blocks ambient street noise. it is pretty annoying a hotel of this level of service "blocks" the thermostat. Allow people to set the temperature they like.

rainfall shower hotel bikes central location
My room had a modern bathroom. It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel provided bikes. I could explore the area. The location was central. Fisherman's Wharf was only minutes away.
The pool did not excite me much.
